Shipping

All my work within Purple Crane Designs is insured when shipped. I offer local pickup for my fellow Alaskans if and when they visit Homer. Pick up place is usually at Ptarmigan Arts Gallery in town. www.ptarmiganarts.com.   Discussion with me is recommended. Payment in full for items are required prior to pick up.  Jewelry will be shipped protected with bubble wrap.  Mosaics and Glass work: These items are packaged in double boxes so that the glass will not break during shipping. It makes a larger package and thus an extra fee.

 

I will try and work with every order so that I can make the best package for your choices. I strive to make my customers happy so if you have a question, please contact me.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason it may be returned within 15 days for credit within my shop. All items must be in its original condition to qualify. Please contact me for instructions - cnelsonalaska@gmail.com

If shipping a return, please ensure it is packaged safely to avoid damage. I cannot be responsible for damaged, lost, stolen or misplaced packages being returned. Once received in the original condition, the credit refund will be sent. Return shipping costs are not refunded. Please ship returns with Insurance.

To exchange an item, send me a conversation and we'll work out the details. I'm very accommodating!

Please contact me immediately if your items are damaged upon arrival. A replacement (if available) or refund will be provided, depending upon your preference.
